All too often we hear parents of kiddos with colic, constipation, recurrent ear infections, allergies, sensory challenges or developmental delays be told “they’ll grow out of it”. Well, that simply is not true. And without proper help kids actually will “grow in to” these chronic challenges.

Focused on Helping Kids
When Dr. James first started Thrive Family Chiropractic, LLC he spent a lot of his time focusing on caring for and HELPING kids with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, etc. and during that time he kept seeing a recurring theme within their health history.
Many of these kiddos had experienced neurological interference in one if not two early stages in their life. The first one being during gestation. If mom had a stressful pregnancy, we would often find that she also experienced a stressful and often times traumatic delivery of her baby. For example, fast or slow birth, breech positioning, chord wrapped, shoulder stuck, or even interventions such as forceps, vacuum, manual assistance or in many cases emergency C-section. These all can be connected to and or proceed health challenges for you or your child.
We strongly promote and educate that every child deserves to have their nervous system checked ASAP after birth. By doing this we are able to team up with parents and our community to be more proactive and preventative with their care, ensuring that our community gets to live their individual God-Given potential.
